Tehnica 3-2-1:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3 ore \u00een fum uscat pentru a forma o crust\u0103 (bark) perfect\u0103<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 ore \u00eempachetate \u00een folie pentru a deveni fragede \u0219i aromate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 or\u0103 desf\u0103cute din folie (\u00een form\u0103 de b\u0103rcu\u021b\u0103), \u00een Kamado, cu sos BBQ aplicat pentru finisaj<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>G\u0103tirea perfect\u0103:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coastele sunt gata c\u00e2nd cap\u0103t\u0103 o nuan\u021b\u0103 de mahon, iar oasele se mi\u0219c\u0103 u\u0219or. Dac\u0103 vrei s\u0103 verifici, temperatura intern\u0103 ar trebui s\u0103 fie \u00eentre 84-87\u00b0C.
